As part of our continued service to our patients and the Greenwich community at-large, 

Our dental office is offering a new service:  TELEDENTISTRY 

This portal allows our patients and visitors to "consult" with us virtually via a quality dental video interaction or follow-up care with our office ALL FROM THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF YOUR OWN HOME.   We fully understand that some patients are staying home-bound and Teledentistry may be of some help while we all weather this problematic situation.  We hope you take advantage of this “digital” access to Cosmetic Dental of Greenwich, in lieu of leaving your home. 

All you need is a cell phone camera - or any digital photo or video file – of a dental or oral problem you want evaluated by our staff.   If needed, we can forward your query to an additional dental specialist to obtain further clarification about your problem.

Email your photos or short video to cosmeticdentalCT@gmail.com  and type “Teledental Request” in the subject line.

We will expeditiously review and send you a response - within 24 hrs.

If a dental appointment is needed, be confident that our dental office continues to utilize the strictest protocols and highest standards in cleanliness, disinfection and sterilization.  We are also staggering appointments to reduce person-to-person contact.

This form is required for all patients - prior to receiving any response from our office.
